Tara, a talented child who dreamed of bringing honor to Iran in international gymnastics, tragically lost her life along with her parents in the missile attack by the Zionist regime on Patrice Lumumba Street, joining the ranks of the martyrs. This heartbreaking incident is yet another evidence of the child-killing and criminal nature of this cursed regime.

The Gymnastics Federation, while strongly condemning this inhumane act and violation of international law, expresses its deepest condolences to the noble people of Iran, the sports community, the esteemed Haji Miri family, and especially the families of the nation’s gymnasts. They pray to Almighty God for Tara and her parents, for the elevation of their ranks in paradise, and for patience and perseverance for the surviving family members.
